Monday: Bootcamp/Cardiovascular/HIIT (12pm and 7pm)
Wednesday: Self defense/Striking Drills/Sparring Drills/Ground (7pm)
Friday: Light Sparring/Ground/Drills/Review (7pm)
Teens Beginner’s Schedule: Monday, Wednesday: 6pm (Ages 12-17).
