Monday: Bootcamp/Cardiovascular/HIIT
Wednesday: Self defense/Kicking & Punching Drills/Sparring Drills/Ground
Friday: Light Sparring/Drills/Review
Children Beginner’s Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 4pm (Ages 4-7). 5pm (Ages 8-11). 6pm (Ages 12-15). Saturday at 10am.
Children Intermediate and Advance Schedule: Tuesday/Thursday & Friday at 5pm. Saturday at 11am.
Weapons Class: Every other Saturday at 10:30am. *Schedule to be sent out during class
